This has been a very stressful situation dealing with your company. 5 appointments were set 3 were cancelled without notice so my husband missed a lot of work. Workers were late, rude and did not bring supplies to finish the job. I have spent hours on the phone getting the run around. Our kitchen and bath had the vinyl cut and thrown down w no glue etc. Carpet is already showing seams after 1 month. After reporting the initial over charge of $1400 which has not been taken off, the company is now trying to add an additional $6,000????? Someone help me get justice. This company is the worst experience I have ever had. Contacting BBB tomorrow. This is fraudulent and I am very unhappy with the horrible quality of the carpet and vinyl, and the installation and the entire time dealing with this company. I experienced a tremendous amount of stress on me during the installation which was during the time my mother died.
