  • Charged for $7,400 for goods and services not received

This has been a very stressful situation dealing with your company. 5 appointments were set 3 were cancelled without notice so my husband missed a lot of work. Workers were late, rude and did not bring supplies to finish the job. I have spent hours on the phone getting the run around. • Bad Customer Service

I had a couch cover damage while Empire Today was doing my floors. Customer Service told me that the crew who did my floors is denying doing any damage and they are very honest. I am honest too, and I certainly didn't pay all that money getting my floors done just to get my couch cover replaced. I am so dissappointed with the treatment I am recieving. I have 4 more floors to be done, and I will have nothing further to do with Empire today. The lady I am dealing with doesn't even return my phone calls. More...
